Some foods that are not recommended to eat in large quantities: rice, bread, flour, sweets, fried foods, artificial juices, soda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SUPPLEMENTS:<\/strong>\u00a0Take 1 tablet a day of Iron 325mg and folic acid 5mg for 6 weeks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TOXIC HABITS:<\/strong>\u00a0do not smoke cigarettes, hooka, or drugs, 2 months before surgery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DO NOT USE:<\/strong>\u00a0aspirin or anticoagulants without authorization from your doctor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DO NOT TAKE:<\/strong> vitamins E, D, A, K, Calcium, Omega III, or oral contraceptives, 3 weeks before coming.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>YOU SHOULD BRING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable clothes open at the front or baggy clothes.<\/li>\n<li>Compression socks of an adequate size.<\/li>\n<li>White cotton t-shirts for use under the garment.<\/li>\n<li>If you use routine medications: for sleep, high blood pressure, asthma, etc. Bring them.<\/li>\n<li>If you use routine medications: to sleep, high blood pressure, asthma, etc. Bring them.<\/li>\n<li>Large size (maternal) and disposable intimate towels (PADS).<\/li>\n<li>Wipes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bathing with chlorexidine soap twice during the 24 hours before surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you and your companion have all the personal documents at hand and formalize everything related to your surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Eat normal until 7 pm and light until 10pm at night. Perform 5 sets\nduring the day.<\/li>\n<li>Walk as much time as possible during\nthe day. You should\nsee your doctor in case of fever,\nheadache, weakness, allergic reaction\nor pain that does not go away with\nmedications.<\/li>\n<li><strong> For how long should I wear the\ngirdle? <\/strong>Daily use of the girdle (faja) is\nrecommended in the first 3 months.\nYou must rest from the faja 2 hours in\nthe morning and 2 hours in the night,\nbefore going to sleep<\/li>\n<li><strong> How to sleep? <\/strong>Sleep in a comfortable position with\nyour back bent and your knees bent.\nUse pillows on the back and below the\nknee<\/li>\n<li><strong> How long should I use the buttock pillow? <\/strong>Wear\ncompression stockings at all times up to\n1 month<\/li>\n<li><strong> When can I exercise or swim? <\/strong>In general, you can\nexercise after 3 months. If it's\nliposculpture only, you can exercise\nafter a month. While if it was\nmammoplasty only, these can be after\n6 weeks.<\/li>\n<li><strong> When can I have sex? <\/strong>At 21 days you\ncan do it if you feel comfortable.<\/li>\n<li><strong> When can I take a shower? <\/strong>You can shower when the stitches heal\nand the drain is removed. Use\nchlorhexidine soap. Do not remove the\ntapes unless it gets dirty.<\/li>\n<li><strong> When can I shave after surgery? <\/strong>You can shave the hair as soon as it grows\nout. Use a razor. Avoid other shaving\nmethods.<\/li>\n<li><strong> How many years should I change my implants? <\/strong>Every 10 years a review is recommended and be ready to replace them, if necessary.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Can I raise hand after breast\nsurgery? <\/strong>You can lift at 90 \u00b0 perfectly\nfor short periods, at 120 \u00b0 during the\nmassage and after 21 days you can\nmove your arms freely.<\/li>\n<li><strong> When it is ok to lift something heavy\nor drive? <\/strong>After 6 weeks you can lift weights less\nthan 10 pounds. You can drive after a\nmonth.<\/li>\n<li><strong> How many massages should I have\nafter surgery? <\/strong>They start the day after surgery, for 10 days to remove the drainage. Then continue with 3 to 4 massages per week for 2 more weeks.
